Just got off the phone with Bennett trim tabs. They are sending me some minor parts for free. I offered to pay but the parts guy won't here of it.

I had the same thing happen to me. I needed some new hose fittings and they sent me one more than I needed for nothing.

Mine have been on the boat for 25+ years and never needed to be touched! Can't say that about much these days!

Last year we sold a 32 Regulator (Sold to two nice kids in Jersey). Great boat and had a lot of fun on her, but she came with Lenco tabs, which were nothing but trouble. Replaced the Lencos with Bennett and was smooth sailing. I have had Bennetts on a 25 Hydrasport since 1985 and a 32 Blackfin since 1981. Very few problems and when there was, Bennett took care of it right away. Great company to deal with.

Had the opposite experience with the "Insta-trim Boat Leveler" tab company. No response to emails at all, and it took several calls to get an answer to a very simple question.
If I ever replace them, it'll be Bennett's going back in for sure
