New B-31 Project

Having just finished a Bertram 25 remodel, a friend and I decided to go a bit bigger and purchased a Bertram 31 Bahia Mar. Currently powered by twin Chrysler gassers, the first step is to figure what power to go for. I used a reman 330B from Tony Athens for the B 25 and am concidering two of these for the 31. Yanmar 315's are also an option. I figure you folks have some of both and am looking for pros and cons before making a decision. Don't want much, lots of speed, lots of efficiency.
The boat is a real project boat and will be stripped clean before starting.
Thanks in advance.

The Cummins 330 remans thru Tony are the deal of the century, actually new engines under the EPA guise of remans. Will push that Bahia real fast and burn little. Plus dealing with Tony is fail-safe.

Welcome aboard!
