What series Raycor's do I need for these engines?

Make sure they are in a place were you can change them easy. Filters often need to be changed when conditions are poor (3-5 foot seas). I have seen many times where they have been put in in such a way that you cant get at them except a the dock. My 2 cents.

I always thought a manifold system would be great so that you could run both engines off one filter during the filter change thereby enabling you to keep headway into a big sea.

Rawleigh, or just a bypass on each filter. Running without one while changing an element would probably not cause any harm.
