Molo Question?

I remember someone mentioning the Molo squid teaser, well I found one, from Ft Lauderdale, hanging up in the back of the local fishing store, covered in dust, had been there so long they didn't know anything about it. I couldn't resist.
Can anyone tell me how to set it best and what fish it works with, what lures or spreads go with it. I'm copping a bit of flack from the Director of Fishing and I want the Molo to be the new Secret Weapon.
It seems to look OK on the back of the second wave off the stern, but not too fast, over to you guys I hope. Thanks,
