31 Bahia Mar in Manvel, Texas?

Traveling between Manvel and Alvin, Texas today I saw a nice yellow hulled Bahia Mar "project" boat in a storage lot on Hwy 6. Seemed to be a nearly stripped hull inside, had engine room vents cut in the hull, obviously in some stage of restoration. It is sitting on a nice looking 3 axle trailer, no clue as to the owner.
