See if you can track down Huesso (Dave) and send him a PM. He has not been on in a while, but he lives in Puerto Rico and should be able to direct you to a good Captain.

Depends on what you want, PuertoRicoTarponConnection is a good inshore outfit and has a FB page, I'm no longer familiar with the offshore fishing outfits anymore but Blue Water Fishing Puerto Rico is on a B31 and you might like that!
