How to create a new topic at bertram31.com ??

Hi Victor,

Scroll to the top of this Forum page and you will see in red "New Topic". Click on that and it will open and you can type in the title of your topic in a small box and the content in the larger box.

I meant to add that it is at the top of when you first open the Forum page.........
