Hi team,
It nice to have the "Go To Guys" around when you have question.
Thanks in advance.

This year I changed a raw water exhaust maifold and heat exchanger on the starboard side. Cummins 504's
When I filled the tank I notcied anti freeze dripping from the thru hull raw water intake and the strainer bottle eventually filled with antifreeze.. This while in dry dock.

Lost a few gallons in over a week. Refilled her floated the her and when I started the engine anti freeze flowed from the exhaust. Eventually stopped and stayed level.

She runs great and uses no anti freeze under power.

If it drips out I'm concerned the raw is getting into the fresh water when running.

I'm thinking it has to be in the heat exchanger. ANY IDEAS??????

You may want to get a radiator pressure tester so you can analyse it with the engines off.

More than likely the heat exchanger. Do what Rawleigh says at a pressure of about 7.5 psi and check for leaks with the tester. Dave K

If you don't want to buy a pressure tester I have one I'll loan you. Gimme a Brown Truck address.
