Who needs a "Free" Project boat?

I was offered a 42' Bertram (1979) that needs some work. The engines run (Cummins 903s) but the boat has not be away from the dock for 7 years or so. The berths are in pretty decent shape but the saloon needs a new interior.
I was considering taking this on as a project boat especially after seeing a 38' Bertram that had been renovated, but I just don't have time. So I'm looking for a home for this boat. The price is right....free!
If someone is interested and wants additional information, I'll be happy to give an honest assessment of the boat and send along pictures.
