Does this mean my engine is a collector's item? Resale value just went to ZERO!

I heard Mercury will be picking up the service slack. Not sure if that is true, but.....

Also, your boat looks BEAUTIFUL!!!.

Wow, looks great!

Lousy timing on the motor, but I'm sure Mercury will pickup the slack hoping to claim you as their one day customer. They'd be fools not to wine and dine your support needs.

Mercury dealer support would be convenient, but the learning curve might be steep. BRP's agreement with Mercury appears to be to secure engines for BRP boat transoms.

Yes, but being part of the company that would be leaving you high and dry would put a sour taste in the customer's mouth...turning them off to future prospects.

But if they supported your motor well enough they may garner customer loyalty. Lots of people buy what's familiar and comfortable.

With little say or choice in the matter at this point in time, to keep a smile on...just go with it.

Nice clean lines on the new top Cam, looks awesome!
All the curves in the right place, can’t wait to see it done!
Cheers!

After 9 years, I've given up on my custom wooden helm seat. I can barely fit between the wheel and the seat while standing....I need a flip up bolster seat. These guys are making one for me. It will be unique, in keeping with the rest of the boat.
