Lat-Long Conversions?

Several years ago a chopper pilot gave me some GoM platform numbers. I recently left them with a friend to convert, no luck. He is a pilot an PC geek and couldn't find a way to convert these numbers. Hopefully someone has a formula or knows of software that can do this.

The numbers are based in; "TDL 711" and "RNAV 501". There is a Lat-Long for each number, in both nav systems.

Anyone have any idea how to convert these nav systems numbers to a usable Lat-Long number that can be entered into a GPS?

Thanks

Thanks Bruce, i’ll Give those a try. I “think” the TDL 711 may be a form of of LORAN, the RNAV appears to be aircraft based on vectoring to within 1/4 mile that gets you to visual range of the platforms.
