Hey guys, the "visor" that runs along the top of the windows which would be at feet height on the helm. I know its hollow but is there access to the underside of the helm? if i wanted to mount a light or something that needed power can a wire be run easily to under the helm

On my boat I was able to access this space by removing a section of the overhead in the upper cabin.

I don't see it on your boat, but that is where they originally mounted the mast light so you should have access to a section of it. Just drop your head liner.

If you have skinny double jointed arms or a small child to shove into the locker below the helm you can reach over the liner and get to the front of the flybridge at least.

Raleigh

That child had better be about a year old and that double jointed arm has to also be long enough to allow to scratch your ankle while you are standing straight up.
