31 rebuild... again

guys, my name is Rich. Was on here a few (many) years back.. i have fished the same waters (and with) Vic Roy and Andre Fourrier in the past... have seen them on the site a bunch. i am beginning to rebuild a 31 Bahia Mar. have my eyes set on 6bta's. was hoping for some technical assistance starting with recommended transmissions. i will be taking the boat to Costa Rica to leave down there for a charter service (losmonossportfishing.com). any recommendations on good match? types - will this boat require a down angle output? and ratios? any help is appreciated... thanks

cummins 6BTA-M3 2004 or newer (storm block) 270 or 330hp . ZF-220IRM / 10 degree down angle in 1.53 ratio.
