Nice job. It drives the big boys crazy when our little 31's give them a run for the money.

Wonder if it was your boat he saw.
Guy was just telling me last night he saw a boat like mine (only different) come into the weigh station at the Open.

Boat looks great, nice catch!

Congratulations! And to top it off Tommy Thompson shared your success in his Bertram Yacht corporate email blast this morning! I only know you as "Priceless"; what's your name?

We’re starting a gang
As far as I know I was the only 31 at the weigh in so it was me.

Dr Pat,
Put the photo of your boat in the slop at the inlet on the board the guys will like it. It's Bertram weather for sure. Also the Cobia photos.

Nice cobia. Is the inlet always that sloppy?

Luckily that’s not my home port but it can be a mess. Especially when you’ve got the addition of 60 foot sport fisherman haulin in as you try to exit. We had just left the scales and were heading home.

Reminds me of the old Barnegat Inlet before they redid the South Jetty. Still not pretty but now we have more days it is passable then before they fixed the south jetty. If we get a strong North east to east wind that fills the bay, and then if the wind shifts to the west, Barnegat gets real puckerish if you try to run it.

No, tracked down the guy in front of me through the USCG website after I noticed him shooting pics from the cockpit.
