Steering

Has anyone replaced the hynautic steering system on their 28 Bertram with another brand such as a teleflex system?
I have a :
Seastar Teleflex
Model: BA 150 - 7 Atm
PN: HC5314
Press: 6.9MPa or 1000 psi
Was there, I kept it.
Soon though, I will have to change it cos 2 years ago it leaked and I returned the last stretch of 50 miles without steering. Just with motors. It was fun when I climbed onto the trailer at arrival without steering.
I sent it and fixed it but the mechanic told me that the cypress trees are waving to it.
