I am getting a new iPad and was looking at what I was going to have to transfer to it..
When I bring up the Bertram 31.com site there is no link to this forum.
What am I missing?

Its this "new" bulletin Board, the link you provided is for the old board.

That sure makes it hard for any possible new members to find the current site.
Maybe add a link to it on the original page.

From the home page click on "Frames on", on the left side you'll see a link for bulletin boards. If you choose "frames off" you'll scroll to the bottom and find the same link.

What does frame on and frame off mean?
I see that it changes the pixels

There is probably more to it but you are choosing how to view the site. With frames on there is a menu on the left side and with them off it is only on the bottom.
