B31 Helm Seat

Good morning. Doing a betram 31 refit with an interior helm station. Looking to do a flip up counter with piano hinge that doubles as a helm seat. I had seen the attached image of this done somewhere on here or google images. Does anyone have a good source for these? I have seen that the usual suspects, Hafele, Sugatsune etc sell them but may not be rated for the back weight applied and have them at +90 degrees Thank you.
