Hey Bob,

saw this:
i illustrated a five-page how to build the cockpit on this site. photo`s are locked up by photo bucket third-party hosting site regulation but text is still there.
but can't find it anywhere.

Gotta do mine (rot) and need a guide!!

photo # 1 lay out the three sections of Coosa and cut to size.

not sure but this is next photo .cut out hatches with 1/4 router make a template for radius corners. take note of reverse rabbit joint on left,this is starboard side

use scrap from cutoffs to make underside blocks 3/4 x 2" and epoxy.when you flip over this will be router with 3/4" by 1/2 round.

Thanks Bob, it may be awhile before I start. Unfortunately, it seems I'll be involved in litigation over a "custom hardtop" that I had built for the boat.

I swear I think I've been burned by everyone in the marine industry except for Capt. Pat.
