Engine controls on B28 with Mercruiser

Post by fonsim »

Hi Guys

What engine controls did you recommend for a B28 with gas Mercruiser? I was thinking in put both engines in one side with double action engine controls. What pros and cons did you have for that? Right now I have trannys on the left and throttle on the right in two different doble engine controls.

I appreciate your help on this.

Thanks

I have always felt that I had more control over the boat with separate shift and throttle controls.

Morse controls. Made by Sea Star (teleflex). That is what I have on my 31. There are pros and cons to both systems.
