Source for reman or good used outboards?

Post by John F. »

Friend I fish with all the time has a 23 Seacraft with a 225 Merc EFI that now has a hole in the block. Best he's come up with is a rebuild or reman from Almars in Delaware. Anybody know any other reputable sources for either a rebuild, reman, or good used motor? A new motor for $20K plus just doesn't work here. Thanks.

John

Looking forward to seeing some of you Saturday in Greenport.
