i' m looking for some 1" coosa board blue water 26 to build two strut pads anyone know where i can get some in NJ

I don’t know about 1in but Barnagat Light Fiberglass Supply carries 1/2 in for sure. I used garolite to make my strut pads you can find it on McMasterCarr usually have it the next day. It’s much stronger than Coosa for that application.

And they may be able to cut it down for shipping too. Call and ask. They cut starboard down to custom sizes.

I used 1/2 inch structural fiberglass from McMaster. By the time you bed it and put Matt over it you will be adding close to an inch of glass.

Capt. Pat always liked to use plywood. He thought glass would shatter if you hit something. I figured that if the new boats could use all glass why not. Too many boats in production so if this was a problem it would have shown up by now.
