I don't know if you'll be able to view without registering on the BD site, but this is one of the nicest 31 conversions I've seen. Enjoy.

I heard that there is one at Ocean Reef (Key Largo) that is off the charts and runs great !!

Amazing! In the thread he says they added 14" of sheer and flair to the boat.

http://www.floridasportsman.com/2016/05 ... c-bertram/ I saw this one a while back it’s pretty nice. I like my inboard power but if this suits you then its a nice build.

I think they owe Bob H. a royalty on the house design...
Best,

Bob should have put a patent on that cabin design. Looks identical to his.

Boat has to be totally rebalanced with the outboards. The transom needs some major reinforcing.

That explains it! I was looking at the pictures and couldn’t reconcile the Hull with a 31..
Really well done - you can’t tell that it’s been added. Great skill.

..and Cam just thought “perhaps some extra sheer would be nice on my build too..”

Precisely that. Doesn't look like that "young boys' " finish, where one could tell that all this sheer is added afterwards.
Excellent indeed.
I'd rather have my Yanmars though...
