Heads up in the Gulf

Well looks like a tropical storm is in the making over the Yucatan. It is expected to be named and move towards the northern Gulf.
Hard to imagine much development, Gulf is still fairly cold (for the Gulf). But Harvey proved it doesn't take a hurricane, or even much of a storm if the conditions are just right.
Texas hasn't finished rebuilding yet, trailers all over my neighborhood.
