My boat came with the frame and canvas for a bimini. Can someone post a picture which shows how it should be mounted on the flying bridge of a B31?
Thanks,

Re: Mounting a Bimini
I Think this is the best picture I have and admit it isn't very good. I just mounted to the rails on either side of the bridge. The center mount is under downward load so i just used screws there. The fore and aft supports that keep the tension in the top I through bolted.

Re: Mounting a Bimini
Do you have the original rail around the bridge? If you do you should see a hole in the rail just before it attaches to the bridge. In the original set up, they had a bolt system that went through that area. The bolt has a special stainless bushing that had a curve to it that fit the rail so it snugged up to the rail. It then had a cap nut on the inside.
Then there were attachment points on the forward part of the bridge and at the rear of the rail.
If you do not have the original rail then you will need to follow what Stephan posted.

If it is not too late I think the 4 bow ones like on the 28 above are better and more stable than the 3 bow ones like mine.
