Good morning all,
I am still looking for a swim platform that will fit on my 1986 28 Bertram.

It’s SO easy to make one for yourself.
Its just a frame with 5 attaching points to the stern; if you find one you like on anotther boat, take a pic and give it to your inox guy and ask him to copy paste.
For the top surface either teak planks or a fiberglass screw-on.

I dont know Highrise, but I assume its a company that makes similar products. Therefore it is natural that they charge whatever they want.
Arent there individual technicians in the US? Like a guy who owns a machine shop somewhere and is able to make for you whatever you may ask? For a normal fee?

My bad I meant to say Hightide.
There are enough old Berts hiding in the bushes to be able to find a used one.
