Timmy, these are the trim tab lights, which make a lot of sense and are cheaper than the through hull ones.

I got a 4 foot fluorescent green light instead.

got 4 of the 4' white ones so I can work inside the tubb. Stole the bulbs from work. when I'm done I'm gonna take the fixtures to NJ, mount them in Jp's RLDT and change to bulbs to black lite. should be cool for those long off shore trips, with no place to get comfortable
