Beautiful boat. Definitely an issue going on at that price.
"Some rot in keel" = euphemism for "new hull needed"?...

I've seen a few Ryobivich boats priced affordably. Its the maintenance of a wooden boat that kills mere mortals. There is no way we can replace a keel log in a boat like that.

Run away really fast. " some rot in the keel". A lot of money down the toilet.

Pretty boat. I think one needs a sum of cash to fix her.

Issue if you read specs, broker does not beam, depth drawn etc. A guess he does not own a tape measure. Caution on this one.

I have looked at 2 Cubavichs in South Florida over the years...Yes, they are all good looking, but all rot from the inside out...Most were laid up old style with glass on the outside and only epoxy on the inside of the hull...You don't have to spend more than a month or two in Merritts or Rybos yard to figure out they are extremely expensive to fix....I agree...RUN RUN RUN...even if they gave it to you...John
