"Structural Height" of B31 FBC

Can anyone tell me the "structural height" from the waterline of a B31 FBC? I assume that means to the top of the windscreen. Need to know for moorage decision and can't get near the boat for a few days.

12 feet give or take a few inches.

Thanks Tony, pretty much what I estimated. Unfortunately not what I needed--won't fit into the available berth.
