Neither, get 4 ft of 6" fiberglass tubing and make your own. Glass and fare them in and they look like they grew on the boat. The metal at the waterline is just a pia. Best case you can work them in at the he boot, worse case you roll and tip the transom.

I did new ones in my 28, however, the reason was to incorporate a flapper so that the wave water that splashes on the dock and is directed back towards the boat cannot enter the exhaust tube.
You dont have concrete piers and the 31 exhaust system is not so low and horizontal, so that you may not need flappers. You may wish to add them anyway, though.
