31 Bertram Stripped down on CL for 20K or Best Offer

Hey Guys...Just noticed a 31 Bertram I think a Sportfish model 1975 that looks like someone got started on a project and wants to move on...He's asking $20,000 or Best Offer...It is in the Boats section on Craig's List South Florida...If anyone is interested in it and can't find the listing, let me know and I will get details...There are a lot of photos...Best, John
