31' Bertram in Bermuda Travel TV Ad

Faithful,
Here in Boston the local ABC channel has been advertising a travel to Bermuda 30 second clip that shows a 31 FBC docked in front of a pastel group of houses. Looks like it might be at St Georges Harbor. Great shot of one of our faithful's prize possessions. White topsides, red boot stripe and blue bottom, no bow rail, no outriggers or antennas, still has the front opening windows. Who's boat is it?

I have a 28 and am in Nassau, Bahamas.................no long socks and shorts for me thanks!
At this point I might take the 31 though!
I think that it belongs to a fellow who used to frequent The Hull Truth, or maybe a friend of his..........didn't want to say as did not want to get FrankB going!
I don't recall any Bermuda B31 owners posting here.

We do have one member from Bermuda but have not seen him post in a long time.
