I occasionally try to make a small contribution to this site by posting things a little out of the ordinary that I think are unusual, funny, ridiculous, or extreme. I am not sure what category this article falls into, so I am posting this under a new category I am naming "Whisky, Tango, Foxtrot". or "WTF"?

A bionic penis?!... WTF certainly applies...

What amazes me is that the principle involved has been used for over a century in things such as temperature gauges and thermostats...

Feverd^ck, because it operates at high fever temps (42c) .
Attention: "cold" recipients tend to render it useless.

I guess it beats pumping a bulb to inflate a gallon. But can you imagine in the middle of joy you hear these words

Honey I believe you are using the wrong remote.

Dr Ruth. Is she still around? A 4 foot tall sex expert, pretty funny if you ask me.

I doubt it, as a matter of fact, I think she passed.
When I was a student in Bethlehem PA, I used to go wash my clothes in the laundromat, where the radio was consistently playing Dr. Ruth!
Oh, and that religious magazine, what was it called, plain truth or something....that was in 84 - 85.

She's still alive AFAIK... She's 88 these days...

Especially considering she's Jewish... <wink>

Too bad she doesn't do her show anymore IMHO...

BTW, she has a VERY interesting personal history... Among other things she's a combat vet and if Israel had something like the Purple Heart she would have been a recipient... Her mother managed to get her from Germany into Switzerland in 1939... Her parents were murdered in the Holocaust, possibly at the Auschwitz extermination camp... After the war she made her way to British controlled Mandatory Palestine... Westheimer joined the Haganah in Jerusalem. Because of her diminutive height of 4 ft 7 in she was trained as a scout and sniper... Westheimer was seriously wounded in action by an exploding shell during the Israeli War of Independence in 1948, and it was several months before she was able to walk again...

More about her here...

Ooops, I could bet I had heard at some point that she passed, but I should have checked first...
