New teak and holly floors going in to replace the ones I put in about 6 years ago. I did water based polyurethane straight onto the wood the last time. I had some wear and tear issues with chips and some yellowing. I decided to do an epoxy undercoat on the floor before applying the polyurethane top coats this time. California recently allowed oil based polyurethane back in the state again, so my options have changed. I can use oil or water based polyurethane.
What's the best option to lay over epoxy?
Thanks in advance!
