Tampa / Bertram deal

I tried looking for details but can't find any between Bertram and Florida for locating hdqtrs in Tampa. Specifically looking for what incentives, tax breaks, deferments may have been offered. Also looking for employment numbers Bertram I'm sure made to the state and under what time frame they are to be made.
