Yea Carl I even used "the best" anti freeze there were no cracks in the pumps just wouldn't turn on, as far as the elbows Cummins had a bad batch (to much penetration in the welds)

I figured you wouldn't skimp on something like that, especially after sooo much work...but three wet items had me wondering.
Pumps have been getting crappier and crappier so not a huge shock there...but bad elbows from Cummins?
Their answer is too much weld penetration? It sounds more like they skipped a step by not back purging or applying flux paste to the backsides allowing sugaring of the welds. It don't take long for exhaust to eat thru that crud...guess your just supposed to be glad water didn't back up into motors.
