Cummins QSB 425 question

I'm looking for my next last boat, and have my eye on a 35' Henriques. Boat is a 2006, powered with Cummins QSB 425s. Engines have 1950 hours. I will, of course, have the engines surveyed. Hoping I can get some good info from the experts here on anything I should look for in particular, as well as any items that might be getting close to end of their expected life span. Is it at the point where I should just plan on changing risers etc if they haven't already been done?
Also, does anyone knows of a good surveyor in the Rehoboth Beach De area?
Thanks

i would take a 7/8" box wrench with me and remove bottom zinc on aftercooler. you will need medical Q-tip (8" long") or make your own and swab back side of bottom looking for heavy white crusty buildup.this will tell you when were they last serviced ,same with heat exchanger. take off air cleaner look at turbo blades do they look clean are they carbon build up.other then the oil analysis these componets must be checked.
