Anyone Know a 31 called Marlin Darlin in Florida?

Looking at a 1980 504 Cummins 31 Bertram called Marlin Darlin that was in the Jacksonville FL area for some this? Anyone know much about this boat?

It was on EBAY last month for $20K.
Engines not run for several years .... didn't look bad
1970 Bahia Mar - hull# 316-1003
1990 Blackfin 27 - center console
