I-pad waterproof case

A friend of mine talked a little while ago to the Boxit design distributor in Denmark, bottom-line: The i-pad mini case is 100% waterproof WHILE charging, the i-pad case is also waterproof WHILE charging, only at some military tests (I doubt ANY of us will ever apply such hardship) it didn't perform to those standards, still they sell it as 100% waterproof (my friend talked to them in Danish and so he kind of obtained that extra piece of info).

Selling price of the mini case with some kind of strap and surface mount: 2000 DK ( I don't know the rate of Danish Kronen to the USD).These people mainly sell to the military so their standards must be sufficient for the rest of us. Voila.

If you enter the Boxit site (above), and press on the "outdoor" word on top, then at the bottom of the page you can see the charging cable. It is visible why it is waterproof WHILE charging. The $ 300 barrier though is a tough cookie.
