Electric Motor Repair

This is the motor that recirculates the pee and poo in my boat's self-contained head (toilet). It does not spin when power is provided.

The company that manufactured the head is out of business. I would love to just buy a drop-in replacement motor but I think its safe to assume these motors were built on contract and cannot be found in this configuration. I've located my local EMR (Electric Motor Repair) outlet and spoke to them on the phone, fixing 2" x 3" motors did not sound like "what they do", but they're willing to take a look.

1. Is there a good source that could cross-reference this motor and possibly find a close replacement?
(The white coupling comes right off, the 3-hole flange is another story)

2. Is there anyone who specializes in repairing small electric motors?

(BTW, I tried Grainger and they sent me to EMR) I think this thing burnt out because the timer was sticking and that probably turned it on and burnt it up. I'm assuming that 12v timers and switches are pretty universal and if I get the engine running they controls will be easier to find.

Try a local starter rebuilder. They're equiped to handle such things.

Try the link for a company that may be able to handle the motor.
