Jimmy,
I believe that boat has a water tank in bow to transfer the weight and help lift stern faster. They are amazing boats.

You don't often see a boat dragging a wake backwards!! It reminds me of some of the captains at Tropic Star Lodge in Panama! They didn't mind backing a B31 pretty fast, but not that fast.

I don't know, but so many things could break. The hull may have been designed for it, but the prop nuts better be on pretty well, and I am not sure if the gears were design to be pulled that hard, thrust bearing on the push force are a lot stronger than the pull. The couplers better have one hell of a set screw and the bolts holding it to the gears now have to take not only the torque, but the longitude pull force of full throttle. Very impressive though, but unless your trying to catch a blue fin on a light fly rod, do you need to?

However, very cool, but would not do it if I owned it, would want to pay for the repairs.
