I'm sure some know but Trey's father passed away Monday. He was known for his many contributions to the Galveston County area. He leaves a lasting legacy.-Tom

My deepest condolences go out to your and your family. I just read the obituary and was amazed by the life your father lived. You and the world were blessed to have had him for his 95 years -- his legacy is truly amazing.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Hope you and Chad are well, and the re-election campaign is lopsided in your favor. Hope to see you again for the bird hunt in October. I'm sure your friends Billy D, Tommy, Gartman, & Higg. are there for you. I marveled at what a full life your father lived in his 95 years as I read the obituary.

Sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I know he was also your buddy and you'll miss him always, but no one could have lead a better or more complete life. Bruce and I were enthralled with the stories you had about both your dad and granddad. You're following suit... Must be a Family Tradition.

You are very blessed to have a Dad as yours. Our Dad's are our real heroes and always will be remembered that way. He was near my Dad's age. May the good Lord comfort you in your loss and allow peace in your heart knowing that he lived a good full giving life. Dave K
