tonight's menu

Post by thuddddddd »

The Boss(kathi) has decided we're haveing grilled chuckar(in da judges dipping sauce) with stuffing and sauted sugar snap peas and almonds, followed by ginger ice cream.
While I know it don't have a rue, it smells really good.

If you did not puke in Panama, that menu should clear your guts. Sorry to be critical, but sounds like some yankee trying to be gourmet. Let me tell her how to do it. First make a roux, just some olive oil and flour, brown it, then put some chopped onion, garlic and wine in, let the veggies saute', then a little more wine and then when it thickens, put the birds in and saute' slowly for 20 minutes or so, then eat. Throw the "sweetend" peas out for the grosbeaks.....

Timmy, I thought you got some class cooking lessons in Panama from General Noreaga's former chef, a french carib. guy. He could cook a flip flop to taste good. Guess you can take the boy out of yankee land but not the yankee out of the boy.

yo fren'

Chukar

Post by Tom »

Timmy, I love Chukar. However, stuffing is what preteen girls put in their training bras, a rue is a street, and if I'm not mistaken, Ginger was one of the "guests" at the Caeser Palace casino in PC at UV's roulet table. None should be part of a fine meal without proper pharmaceuticals. Now, cornbread dressing, a dark roux, and Blue Bell homemade vanilla would be the proper compliment to that gourgeous bird. BTW, I put a new fuel pump on the port side and RPM's are back in line as is the speed. Headed deep on Friday. Yo Texas fren'-Tom

Uv, I forwarded Kathi your suggestion. Plus a few of my own.. can't post her reply , due the graphic nature.

Tom , go tear'um up. Hope you do as well as your last trip.

Far as yankee land, been feeling like I'm in the deep south semi humid, and hit 100deg yesterday, and looking like it will be close today. Damm I love a/c.
