interior repair advice request

Bounced a lot on our last crossing back and shook a few things loose.
Aluminum window edge piece from Port side window fell off.
Brackets for seat back in dinette fell out as well.
Would like to know if I should use any type of adhesive on the rubber piece that goes on the window and anything on the top or bottom of the aluminum piece to keep it back in place.
Suggestions on what to fill the holes in the wood so I can re drill and put the brackets for the seat back into the same area. 2 part epoxy?
Pics attached.

Steve,

Fill the screw holes with thickened epoxy, Marinetex, or JB Weld. Allow to cure for several days...

Silicon adhesive on the trim and rubber strip...

Through bolt them into the closet. #10 machine screw.

Steve,
Mine were always falling off also. I used clear silicon to fix the window trim, just make sure it's clean of the old glue and the rubber track is clean also. Like Patrick said I filled the holes with thickened epoxy and put in the next larger screws I think they were #10 instead of the old #8's. If it's the front seat through bolt them into the hanging locker, if it's the aft seat fill and use a larger screw, been there done that already.
How's things going, besides getting broken into at the island house, the motion detectors in the garage are a good idea, but a booby trap, a shot gun loaded with rock salt is better. I am still waiting to have the knee replaced in August in Boston, finally found a place to rent and I will schedule surgery for mid to late August for the 4th replacement. Still haven't sold the house or the boat but it will happen soon I hope.

What a coincidence ! Mine fell off last week too(the window edge).
I noticed that they had been put in place by double sided tape. They must have been there for many years.
Silicone or sicaflex?
