just got my new garmin 3210 system with the sounder box and network box,and it says to plce -em in a dry location with good ventalationand have the led lights visible.don't want alot of stuff under the console,(cluster again),
so would down inside the cabin be a good place to install this equipment,would inside one of the compartments inside have good ventalition,,(no ac in boat)...any help ???
about 4 weeks till splaast time......

There's nothing cosmetically pleasing about the modules... You could cut out a rectangular notch in the tub below the bridge dash, directly behind one of the two doors. Build a shelf on the back side, (cabin overhead space), and mount the modules. The indicator lights would be visable through the door.
