Plastic Fuel Tanks
Does anyone know a manufacturer of a plasitc fuel tank with the same dimensions and capacity as the original 31 Bertram fiberglass tank?

Welcome aboard!
There are none... Those that do build plastic tanks rarely exceed 100 gal capacity. If you could even find one that'd build to the 200+ gal range, it'd have to be custom built and the cost would far exceed the cost of a new fiberglass tank from Alied Richard Bertram, (see Sponsor links).
The only fuel rated poly tanks are roto cast, so don't have baffles, a necessity on larger mobile tanks...
