What happened to the co developing the new diesel?

Does anyone know what happened to the company (in FL I think) that was developing the new diesel engines. Haven't seen anything about them in quite a while? As I recall they had a system where they assembled individual cylinders to make various size engines. The owner posted some info on this site and it looked as if they were quite a way along in getting something to market.

web site says they are still in development and trying to raise capital for production.

Difficult to raise capital for such a narrow targeted market such as marine plus the increased epa requirements and all that is green now a days.

Build a hybrid boat with solar panels on top and you could get millions.
