I'm going out again on Thursday Friday as soon as I get another sat tag and will look closer this picture of the boat is from a friend.

here is a picture from my last tag sat tag large male mako
you can see the hole next to the dorsal and part of the tag trailing behind the dorsal at the water line.
Its gills are all folded trying to go down turning away from me pulling while I have the boat running down swell no captain ghost steering and me leaderring and shooting pictures lol not easy but love it and going to get DNA from the next one that will most likely be a grander plus.

Twenty bills says Poe catches and tags a"grander plus" any bites? Money goes to the Captain

Now you'll have to prove this Keith " next one that will most likely be a grander plus"
A length and girth calculatation should suffice

Let it pile up for a good cause sort of a calcutta

Hey guys I recived the DNA kits today and tag and picking up tag in the morning.

I will post some pictures later today.

finishing up doing some work on the boat getting ready.

I will charge the go pro and bring a tape measure.

I need to get some heavy gear like we used on the GWS to subdue them.

Davidson is building a customer 31' CC with open sides for dorsal access port and starboard with 800-1000 gallon fuel tanks.

We need the CC for access and lifting the motors so the beast does not destroy its self.

We are going back doing it all over again for the same network and Paul will be on the boat this time.

If there is any way I can get the B-31 in there I will and will be doing the salmon sharks and makos with Alyssa Rose my B-31 as often as possible but have to honor the sponsor boat once she is built.

Cant thank you guys enough for taking an old salty stray dog in.

I have two 130lb class stump pullers that I might be willing to part with. Equipped with Fin-Nor 12/0's, I believe.

I had to do one of my shaft logs this weekend so I passed the sat tag off to a friend and discussed where to go he tagged a 1200# class Mako

Another tag is arriving tomorrow going again this week and have a lot more trips planned.

Keith- Keep an eye on the Strips and Screws. You should be good for some years...but 304L is not the best choice for underwater use. It will start to pit and corrode.

Nice looking job though.

So you haven't said...or I haven't seen...hows the boat working out for you? Like it, perform as expected? nice to have a bit more boat around you?
