This guy sounds as if he works for NOAA and is trying to explain the 2013 "South Atlantic Snapper Grouper Complex Recreational Regulations" I picked up at a local fishing seminar last weekend!

Now I know why mine doesn't work, it is missing the Girdle ring. Makes perfect sense.

I have to laugh everytime I listen to this guy.

I believe that this video is several years old

The story behind the video is that Rockwell was introducing the new transmission. The company was setting up to make the introduction video and the clip that we watched was only to check the "Lighting" the "Sound" and to make a dry run.

The story goes even further to say that it was unrehearsed.......that I find hard to believe........but to me its incrediably funny.....
