Charlie...

It was our pleasure meeting you.. I hope you weren't too late getting back to your daughter's house. Our only regret is that you couldn't stay longer. Hopefully you can on your next visit.

The door is always open for anyone here.. all it takes is an email notice and we will be happy to welcome any and all here.. it is an extended family after all!

For the rest of you who don't know.. Charlie revealed to me yesterday he is a new, first time grandfather. His granddaughter was born three weeks ago! Congratulations Charlie!

Charlie.. We are looking forward to your next visit!

Charlie,
Frank is a nice guy. I meet him last winter I think and checked Phoniex out. He was still working on the paint but I like the work he hid on the inside. Charlie you realy moving down? NC is real nice. Its alot like Long Island was 20+ years ago.
