Dismantle front frames

Hi, I took apart the front window frames to weld and paint, now I have to dismantle the three sections that were together 32 years (5200).
How to do it? and thinking about lasting, paint or powder coat?

There is a product called Anti-bond that breaks down 5200. I would try that.
